We aim to constantly review our practices and consult our stakeholders to achieve ongoing quality improvement. Please contact us via the above channels to make suggestions or give feedback on any of our policies, practices or programs. Alternatively we have a suggestion box in the service, or you may speak to one of the OSHC team.

We also periodically hold informal family breakfasts or afternoons where we invite you to come in, sit down while your children wait on you and provide entertainment. This is also an opportunity to talk informally to OSHC staff or record your feedback on the interactive feedback display.
