Before School Care

Before School Care 7.00am – 8.30am $14.00
BSC short stay 8:10am – 8.30am $7.00

Before School Care absence fee $14.00 per child

After School Care

After School Care 3.00 – 6.15pm $25.50

After School Care absence fee $25.50 per child

Vacation Care

Vacation Care Home Day 7.30am – 6.00pm: $65.00
Vacation Care Excursion 7.30am – 6.00pm: $90.00
Vacation Care Premium Excursion Day 7.30am – 6.00pm: $105

Vacation Care cancellation fee (less than 7 days’ notice): Full session fee

Pupil Free Day

Pupil Free Day 7.00am – 6.15pm: $65.00

Pupil Free Day cancellation fee (less than 7 days’ notice): Full session fee

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation can be provided via phone, email or in person. For BSC and ASC if your child is sick, when notification is given to the service, via phone or email the cancellation fee will be removed.

Before School Care: 48 hours notice prior to commencement of the session is required. Any cancellation made after this time will attract a full session fee (minus your child care subsidy).

After School Care: 48 hours notice prior to commencement of the session is required. Any cancellation made after this time will attract a full session fee (minus your child care subsidy).

Vacation Care: We require 7 days’ notice for a cancellation, or you will be charged the full day’s fee.

Pupil Free Day: We require 7 days’ notice for a cancellation, or you will be charged the full day’s fee.
